This small house recently completed within the National Seashore in Wellfleet, Massachusetts was restricted to a footprint of only 615 square feet, due to the size of the small camping structure that it replaced on the land.

The design for the house includes an open-plan main floor with kitchen, dining, and living areas; a master bedroom and library on the second floor; and a third floor loft / workspace. The entire livable area of the house is approximately 1500 square feet.

The main floor opens through wide French doors onto a deck shaded by a wisteria-covered trellis.
